Welcome to Sharon Reserve

Relax in your own place of retreat at the edge of the Sharon Short Hills, a unique, glacially sculpted terrain with rolling meadows, established wetlands, mature woodlands, and a community of like-minded nature and equine enthusiasts.

A maximum of five estate lots will be offered for sale; there will be no second phase of development. Each lot can be customized to encompass between 5 to 20 private acres, and all homeowners will enjoy shared access to miles of walking, horseback riding, running and skiing trails througout the reserve's 165 acres.
